GLP-1s are everywhere right now but is that a good thing? Well, yes, when used by the right person, at the right time, with the right support. But here’s what most people aren’t being told. When we measure the people using them, the change in body composition is shocking. While they are losing fat, they’re also losing significant muscle mass. And the moment they stop the medication, the weight comes back FAST because there’s nothing left to support their metabolism. We’re also seeing extreme exhaustion in training. HIIT work becomes impossible. Recovery collapses. Energy disappears. Because the programme around the medication simply isn’t built for what the body is actually going through.
