This has been months in the process for the girls. Consistency, dedication, and committed to their goal, all while being mothers, wives, and business owners.
The sacrifice, the constant weighing and tracking of food, the consistent training, the social pressures, and the posing practice, is a true showing of their determination.
This isn’t for everyone, but the feeling of accomplishment, the healthier habits and routines that are created, the respect to your body, to treat it as your temple mindset, being uncomfortable and pushing through obstacles are just some of the positive learnings from this journey.
Though the strictness of this journey won’t be forever, and will relax some, the routine and habits are forever lasting.

In times of stress, or emotion, we use physical exertion, going for a run, going to the gym to “let off steam, clear the mind, or escape”.
These are momentary fixes to deeper roots. Reality is, we can’t just exercise every time we need that mental fix, because after all, we have our families to take care of, work to go to, and get quality sleep.
By shifting, and incorporating daily mindfulness practices, habit staking, having awareness, and healthy nutrition, these are just some of the habits that will strengthen the mind and your overall mental and physical wellness.

Hi, I’m Dane, owner of Evolution. With over 20 years of coaching experience across Sydney, the United States, and the past decade here in Ulladulla, my mission is to help people become the ultimate version of themselves, physically and mentally.
In 2023, I faced a life-threatening battle with sepsis. That experience gave me a deep understanding of both the darkness of depression and the true value of resilience. It reinforced what I’ve always believed, training isn’t just about the body, it’s about strengthening the mind.
