“Rip with Rip” skate session with the @groms_of_batukaras community here in Batu Karas, Indonesia, is incredible. They teach kids English every Saturday, and people contribute their own skills or knowledge to the kids after English class. I am honored to be able to offer to be a skateboarding teacher. No kids have shoes; 20+ kids share four beaten-up boards (the bearings are out of the wheels, no nose, no tail, no problem). They skate hectically, just like bees flying around after their hive is kicked. It’s the most primitive form of skateboarding I’ve ever seen after going to skate parks in many countries.
