Lampstand Show&Tell 3 almost didn’t happen this year🫠. And it was my favorite yet!😭❤️🔥🔥
I felt that I didn’t have everything I needed to host this again because I knew I’d be unable to utilize the same resources as I did in previous years. BUT GOD IS ABLE! The Lord kindly and mercifully reminded me that I have Him so I have all that I need in order to make myself available again for Him to give Lampstand to the community. The Lord provided everything needed for this night to happen and I am so glad it happened! Thank you Lord for giving me another chance so that I would not miss it! I see a bit more now why this was meant to happen…again…this year…on that day…with everyone in the room. This blessed me!
I said it at Lampstand, but I want to thank each and every person again who supported this event spiritually through prayer and encouraging words, financially through monetary gifts, physically through giving time to set up, clean up, take pics/vids, and step in various ways to make sure that the event went well! Thanks you to each “Lampstand minister” that shared! Thank you to everyone for every like/comment/repost and for SHOWING UP! Thank you to the @thelivingroomcoffeehouse room for allowing this to happen in your home. Thank you @saintgatherings , @openheartpoetry__ , and @spring.forth.poetry for helping to spread the word. I am so grateful for the body of Christ. Hebrews 10:25.
Lampstand Show&Tell is a safe space for the people of Jesus Christ to share the gift/talent GOD has placed in them for HIS glory. An opportunity to increase confidence by decreasing false humility so that God may increase. This is specifically geared to those who may not be sharing their gifts at all, consistently, or are only known for specific things yet have other gifts. It’s not a talent show, it’s not for winning a prize, it’s a safe space for people to to hide their light. We need to showcase and reveal all the Lord put in us for the edification of the Church and saltiness/light for the world.
