SUNN O))) Meets Nurse With Wound. The Iron Soul Of Nothing. Favourite song 'Dysnystaxis'. I listened to it for at least a year when I was going to sleep. This album is such an amazing re-interpretation of 0/0/VOID. An ambient, at times terrifying vision. Highly recommended.

Noise, doom metal, ambient, growling Black beast, cosmic and psychadelic, pure vibration, sonic wall, hypnotic flow, total annihilation, total saturation, conceptual and abstract, suspended time, monolithic, dense and relentless, lumbering, crushing, drone, Black gulfs of essence and entity that stretch like total phantasms beyond all spheres of force and matter, space and time.

On a side note. I recently acquired a 1969 General Electric Radio Steriogram in pristine origional condition. It had been stored away the last 50 years. With its powerful 5 watt speakers I only had to buy a new stylus. This record sounds exceptional on it. Such a warm sound. (and for 5 Watt speakers it goes amazingly loud.) I think playing a SUNN O))) record on it would kill it dead though. :)

Санн О))). Нежить. SUNN O))). Undead. Live in Russia. I had always missed seeing SUNN O))) live so when they toured Australia in 2016 I bought a ticket to their Melbourne show. Flew from Perth to Melbourne (a round trip of 7000 km's) on the Friday midnight special to see them on the Saturday by myself. Had my head torn completely off by the absolutely massive sound. Hard to explain seeing them in a small club like Max Watts. Like being in a sound bubble. Ferocious. Record shopping Sunday and back to Perth and work by Monday. Best weekend ever. Anyway. Everytime I play this album it reminds me of that show. Heavy, dense, atmospheric, hypnotic, dark, ritualistic. An awesome live document. Highly recommended.

This was one of the first SUNN O))) albums I got on vinyl and when I read the mantra "maximum volume yields maximum results" I hooked my record player up to my Laney 100 watt and a quad box, invited a friend round and said 'you gotta hear this band' and blasted Hell-O)))-Ween so loud shit started rattling of the shelves. Goodtimes, goodtimes. Still one of my favourite SUNN O))) albums. Creeping death, sonic architecture. Tour edition 100 copies.

Sub base clinging to the sides of the valley. Sub base ringing in each ditch and combe. Greg Anderson purvey a sonic doom. Julian Cope's ode on My Wall is epic, creepy and sets a dark mood. Experimental, ambient, drone, doom metal. Atmospheric, Overwhelming and disturbing. Awesome.
SUNN O))). La Mort Noir Dans Esch / Alzette. Live recordings from the Black One era re-released as a fund raiser for @vberkvlt . This is SUNN O))) in all its stripped back glory. While near impossible to really capture the SUNN O))) live experience except live (another level in sound experience altogether). This comes close. A tone perfect taster. With amazing art by Justin Bartlett. Highly recommended.
