This journey has truly been one for the books. I’ve enjoyed it, but it’s also required a lot of work. Taking the shot isn’t a quick fix—you still have to eat well, get enough rest, take your vitamins, and stay active. Finding the time to balance it all has been the real challenge, but I’m ready to continue to rise to it.
I used to think I needed the perfect moment to start…
but as entrepreneurs, as people with busy lives—
you don’t find time… you make it.
Lately, I’ve been learning how to be more intentional with my mornings.
Waking up earlier… setting the tone for my day…
even when I don’t have to be up.
Because if I don’t lead my day… my day will lead me.
This morning reminded me of when I first started losing weight in New York.
I didn’t even go to the gym…
I was honestly intimidated.
So I stayed in my studio apartment…
and worked out from home.
And that’s where it all started.
So today, I went back to that.
A simple at-home workout…
but a powerful reminder—
that the results I want…
require the same version of me that got me there the first time.
And this time…
I’m even more intentional.

Soloh… this guy right here was so innocent, full of life, and really thought he knew exactly what he wanted out of life.
For those of you that don’t know… music was my first love. I started singing in the choir at like 2 or 3 years old. And not no play play either 🤣 I was learning my parts and taking that thing serious.
It’s funny looking back because I used to sing songs so intentionally just to give little subliminals. When you’re young and trying to figure yourself out, you don’t always know how to explain what you’re feeling. Love is immature then… undeveloped. You can’t always form the words, so you lean into the thing that resonates. For some people it’s arguments, shutting down, or acting out. For me… it was always the music. The people closest to me could tell exactly what I was going through just by the songs I chose to sing, on stage or off.
This journey of growth has been so different for me. And I know this might sound crazy, but I’m finally starting to see myself. It feels weird to even say that out loud, but it has been one of the most emotional things I’ve ever experienced.
Have you ever really sat down and APOLOGIZED TO YOURSELF?
Well… that’s what these past 20+ days have been for me.
In all of this, one thing I’ve realized is that I really did myself a disservice for a long time. I allowed people’s opinions, projections, and expectations of me to become how I viewed myself. And I carried that weight for years.
But seeing this video reminded me of something important… I’ve always been that guy. The difference now is that he finally gets the chance to fully become who he was always meant to be. And at this point, nobody can hold me back but me.
