The first in a new series of larger works using the washed out colours found while excavating the underside of weather damaged fly posters.
Carefully arranging the colours and textures over the pages from of a very large and beautifully aged 1945 book of black and white prints of #giovanibellini paintings.
The whites have become yellowed and the blacks a deep dark brown. This new series explores the haunting effect of time on materials.
I’m taking my time with this series but I wanted to share this first image. More to come as they are completed.

It is seven seconds long because I saw a seven second reel that said that seven second reels get watched multiple times, if the text is juuust too long to get read within the first seven seconds.
Which apparently tricks the algorithm into thinking the seven second reel is very popular. And if the algorithm thinks the seven second reel is very popular it then shows the seven second reel to more people which will help me to tell more people that I have some art for sale on my website.
