Coffee was really how I got my start in the service industry, and it’s always been a bit of a first love. The ritual of a pour over, the quiet calm start, is an absolute must for my mornings.
I wanted to incorporate that aspect of my life into this cocktail for the @glendaloughdistillery & @bartendermagazine Irish Coffee competition, so here we are!
