Whether it’s a ripped dress, broken zipper, loose button, or unexpected stain, our planners come prepared with sewing kits, fashion tape, safety pins, lint rollers, and more. Several members of our team are also practiced seamstresses, ready to step in with quick, professional fixes that keep everything (and everyone) looking flawless.
Hair and makeup touch-ups? Whether it’s wind-blown hair, a smudged liner, or a few happy tears, we’ve got you covered. Our kit includes everything from bobby pins and blotting paper to setting spray, hair spray, and even backup lip gloss to keep your look intact. Plus, our team includes specialized beauticians who are trained to handle last-minute hair and makeup emergencies with ease, so you can feel confident in every photo and moment.
Décor disasters? Loose florals or a fallen sign? We carry extra candles, floral wire, zip ties, hooks, glue dots, and tools to quietly and quickly fix anything out of place.

After countless reminders to please stay out of the aisle… stepping over broken vases, cleaning up spilled water and candles kicked over without a second thought, and watching couples’ decor get damaged after so much love, effort, and investment from both the couple and vendors, we finally found a solution that actually works!!!
