This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating systems and experiences that help a mission-driven team thrive.
From supporting employees and volunteers to helping oversee office operations and administrative processes, this position plays an important role in helping us fight child hunger across Minnesota.

Hunger to Hope, our spring fundraiser breakfast, brought together a room full of people who care deeply about making sure kids have consistent access to food-especially as the need continues to grow.
With ongoing changes to SNAP benefits, rising costs, and increased demand through Operation Metro Surge, more families are facing real gaps.
And yet, this work continues because of community.
We are nearly 100% community-funded, which means moments like this matter. Partnerships like this matter.

April is National Volunteer Month, and we simply couldn’t do this work without you!
Because of our volunteers, thousands of children across Minnesota receive bags of good food each week, discreetly placed in their backpacks so they can head into the weekend with one less thing to worry about.
This year alone, volunteers have given their time to pack, sort, organize, and move thousands of pounds of food, making it possible for us to serve over 13,000 children every single week. Beyond serving 13,000 children each week, volunteers stepped up during Operation Metro Surge, using their own cars to deliver over 70,000 food bags directly into communities.
That impact is real. It shows up in classrooms on Monday mornings, in families navigating hard seasons, and in the quiet relief of knowing good food is there when it’s needed.
To every person who has shown up, signed up, and given their time - thank you. You are a vital part of making Every Meal for Every Child possible.
There are just seven weekends left in the school year.
For 13,000 children weekly, that means one thing: reliable food matters more than ever.
91,000 bags still need to get out the door.
