Four weeks ago I finished my final Exomind session with @drpeterprendergast and the best team at @everyderm
Exomind uses transcranial magnetic stimulation to help improve mood, focus and a lot more conditions. It actually has FDA approval for binge eating disorder and depression when first and second line treatments were unsuccessful.
I mainly wanted to do this treatment to help improve my focus and my sleep. My focus is a WIP, but one thing I have noticed about my sleep is the fact I no longer wake up in the middle the night.
The whole process was made extremely straightforward with the use of the @metime_app which Peter developed himself.
Delighted I was able to trial this new treatment as someone who’s interested in non-pharmacological interventions where appropriate, and would love to see it used more extensively in practice here in Ireland.
