We have reached peak summer energy and EVERYthing is hot, internally and externally. That’s one of this season’s greatest blessings! Also a tremendous source of discomfort!! Whatever has been simmering internally throughout this year is likely coming to a full boil. This is GOOD, and this is HARD.
What kinds of insights are you having? are you getting clues as far as what is happening inside or through you that could reeeally use attention/revision/resolution? If you’re getting those whispers, chances are you’re also noticing some coincidences or recurring nudges in the direction of what/who to seek out to accompany and guide you into this part of the inner quest.
Clarity comes in waves when we are in active transformation. We come up for air, connect with our sense of purpose, energy and direction, try our best to formulate a plan moving forward, then all the sudden find ourselves back in the turbulence. Much of life can start to feel beyond our control as we navigate natural cycles, seasons and weather systems, which is why we have built-in presets such as faith, trust, hope, and togetherness. I’ve been struck lately with the understanding that we are biologically designed to be with each other. The example of this I’ve been particularly focused on is a woman’s cycle. We spend enough time together and our biology SHIFTS so that we are more in-sync with each other. Why? So that we are more prone to gathering in all of our many moods. So that we have a real sense of togetherness as we ride the waves of being alive.
Although modern life can so strongly feel destabilizing and even isolating, none of us are alone in seeking stable ground and NONE of us are alone in trying to establish systems that will help maintain that sense of security. We’re also not alone in looking at our life’s trajectory or timeline and thinking “is this okay????” We need people we can lean into when we’re feeling wobbly. We need to be able to ask our trusted heart friends to remind us of who we are when our inner saboteurs have taken up residency at the podium.
Wherever I’m finding you today, I hope you can feel how together we actually are here and how perfect interdependence is.

Write, generate insight, nurture your senses, warm your kidneys, mooove ya bod, get to know yourself again, pay attention to where you’re contracting.
Physical? Emotional? Mental? All? Scared? Let’s start there.
We can learn so much about the subconscious from the body. Wherever that tension is concentrated— it has a history. It holds memories of you having that physiological reaction to moments of heightened emotion, or just THOUGHTS of moments like that.
Choose a soft approach. Our sharpest parts were shaped by pain. No need to intellectuzlize the painful situation. Acknowledge if you’ve got some hang-ups and promise yourself 3 things.
1- you will finally attend to this.
2- you will lean into the channels of love.
3- you will examine the relationships that gave you those hang/ups with a calm nervous system.
We’ve got a plan and we’ve got resources and we’ve got hope— our most vital resource of all. Use it and reach out if you could use guidance and company in it. ❤️🕯️

Hypnotherapy for sleep struggles——
A lot of people struggle with sleep because sleep requires peace.
You might not know what’s barricading you from peace/sleep, -OR- you might very well know but don’t FEEL like addressing & resolving it.
Speaking from personal experience here— we don’t always feel like doing what’s required of us to be the people we came to this world to be.
Time heals nothing.
And I SO wish that wasn’t the case! I wish time alone was enough to alchemize our experiences and emotions into neutrality, harmony or homeostasis.
Alas, action is required.
Do not wait for time to bring you the feeling of readiness. Claim it.
That’s the kind of tough you want to be. “This scares the shit out of me but part of me knows I’m ready.” Or “I don’t know what will happen or who I’ll be after, but I’m curious and willing enough to find out.”
I’m here for the leaps of faith. I’m here to be safe company as you shed old skins. I’m here to help get you acquainted with the new versions of yourself. I’m here to help you get used to doing well. I trust you when you say you’re ready, even if it’s with a shaky voice and scared belly.

If your heart’s not at peace your conscious mind will talk a LOT.
It’s difficult to feel connected to your creativity or inspiration when your mind is so busy treating your days as problems needing to be solved.
If what’s in your heart are old hurts and you’ve learned the false narrative that those old hurts shouldn’t bother you anymore, or even worse you shouldn’t LET those old hurts bother you anymore, you were taught by someone/a society that normalized self-suppression.
Old hurts are oftentimes the problem. Old painful, unhealed relationships clog the lines of communication between your head and your heart.
When those lines are open, your creativity flows freely.
Acknowledgement is some of our most impactful work here. There’s been a part of you that’s known exactly what to do all along.
Reconnect with them. Integrate their wisdom with the listening part of you. Come back into wholeness.
Let what’s in your heart come up and out. And don’t for a SECOND think it would be easier to do any of this alone, that’s not the way of nature.

Hypnotherapy is a candle meant to illuminate any and all negativity in the mind creating extreme separation within the self.
Problematic patterns that live in the mind can and DO produce physical symptoms in attempts to pull your attention to them.
When we’re not okay with what’s in our mind, or were afraid of it, or maybe we’re already overwhelmed or too busy doing all the tasks required of us each day, we use willpower to push it down to our heart.
Your heart, as a result, will get heavier and heavier.
When our heart becomes too weighed down with all of the dense emotions we ask it to hold until we’re “ready” to address them, it’s likely we’ll sink into what’s known as depression.
If you’re familiar with depression, you’ll recognize it’s physical symptoms—- extreme fatigue/lethargy, tunnel vision, heaviness of the body.
Depression is part of your highly intelligent internal communication network.
Depression is your system’s fail-safe. It’s forcing you to shut everything else down so that you can get still and silent enough to really become aware of and tend to what’s happening in your inner world.
Western approaches to depression tend to focus on symptom control, which can be absolutely necessary to many individuals who otherwise wouldn’t be able to function.
We can look at neurotransmitters, dopamine and serotonin levels to determine what’s happening in the brain as a RESULT of depression. And we can produce medicines that counter what we’re seeing.
But if we only focus on symptom management and bio-chemically engineering the illusion of wholeness, we miss the opportunity to resolve root cause.
Yes we’ve manufactured several anti-anxiety medications and antidepressants, but is anxiety improving in our world? Depression?
So again I tell you. Hypnotherapy is a candle meant to illuminate any and all negativity in the mind creating extreme separation within the self.
End the cycle that keeps bringing you back into pain. Heal the mind. Heal the body. Integrate the psyche into wholeness. 🕯️❤️
There are several approaches to healing. To simplify—
You can approach from the body, or physical level. Think massage therapy.
You can approach from the energetic level. Think acupuncture and reiki.
And you can approach from the mind level.
This is hypnotherapy.
A hypnotherapist is a physician that works to heal on the mind-level. We believe the problems in your life to be rooted in things your mind are doing that are making you unwell or not okay.
Hypnotherapy is a highly refined and practical system that teaches over and over again that healing, transformation and self metamorphosis take a little time, but not a lot of time. What a relief.

Four 1:1 sessions are officially available Monday September 25 between the hours of 12-8pm.
First come, first served.
Due to demand, I’ve dedicated Tuesday September 26 to group sessions in order to accommodate the number of folks who are ready to dive deep and 🆙date their programming on the subconscious level.
These 2-hour group sessions will be focused on integrating the psyche into wholeness using psycho-somatic and hypnosis techniques developed to address root cause, as opposed to symptom control.
Group sessions max out at 7 people, so please do book sooner than later if it’s calling to you.

Something I want to be acknowledged universally is that trauma is anything that changes your nervous system and sets it in a pattern.
Unless we see the pattern, we can’t get out of it. This is what hypnotherapy does— it helps us see.
And then it helps us learn.
And then it helps us resolve.
It provides us one of the greatest opportunities of our lives which is to learn how to acknowledge our origin story in its fullness, with tremendous compassion and reverence.
Don’t ignore your Check Engine light, friend. That frantic loop of thoughts keeping you up at night and distracting you through work is begging your attention. I know it’s scary!!!
