This is a simple drink to make that tastes anything but… you get sweet, spicy, and slightly smoky in every sip! Perfect to enjoy with friends on the warmer days ahead.
BB Spicy Sunrise
1.75oz Blanco Tequila
.25oz Mezcal
1oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Lemon Juice
1oz Guava Nectar
.75oz Serrano Simple Syrup
For the syrup: Mix equal parts water and sugar (at least 1 cup each) in a saucepan. Add 10+ Serrano peppers and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover, letting peppers soak in syrup for 1 hour. Store extra syrup in a mason jar in your fridge.
For the drink: Add all components to cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Pour over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge (fresh or dehydrated).

2oz vodka
1.5oz kahlua
1oz cream
1.5oz spiced vanilla chai syrup (combine 1 cup of concentrated chai tea and 1/3 cup honey… boil for 5 min and remove from heat… stir in 1 tbsp vanilla extract and let it cool before using).
