Planning an event?
Make it one people actually talk about after.
Not just drinks on a table or food off to the side. Something people walk up to, grab, come back to, and end up standing around all night.
You can keep it simple with one setup, or mix a few together depending on the space, the crowd, and how you want it to feel.
Either way, it’s all designed to look good, run smoothly, and feel like part of the event, not something thrown in last minute.
Head to the website to enquire and get a custom quote. We’ll help you pull together something people don’t just show up to... they remember.
You can plan everything perfectly... and still have an event that feels a bit flat.
That’s often the missing piece, something people actually interact with. Not just something that looks good in photos.
The feedback is always pretty similar - people notice it, use it, and remember it.
We’ve worked across everything from weddings to brand activations (including Somewhere Co and Lush),
and no two setups look exactly the same.
If you’ve got something coming up, send it through. We’ll help you figure out what would actually work for your event, not just what looks good online.
Corporate events have a reputation for being a bit... predictable. And let's be honest, boring!
Same setups, same flow, same “grab a drink and stand around” energy.
This changes that.
It gives people somewhere to go. Something to interact with. And the best part is, you’re not the one trying to coordinate it all.
We handle the setup, the styling, the logistics. So it’s ready before anyone arrives and gone once it’s done.
It can be simple, or it can be built out depending on what you’re planning. Product launch, team event, client night, pop-up, it all works.
If you’ve got something coming up, send it through. Happy to help you figure out what would work best for your space and crowd.
People don’t remember everything from an event.
They’re not thinking about how the tables were set or what time things started.
Anyone can put food out on a table. And let’s be honest, half the time it just sits there, or people leave still a bit hungry.
What people do remember is how it felt. Whether it felt like something was actually happening, or just simply ticking along.
That’s what leaves an impression.
It’s the part people remember and doesn't simply feel like every other event.

There’s already enough to think about when you’re planning an event.
This isn’t something you should have to manage as well.
Once it’s booked, we’ll lock in the details, confirm everything with you, and handle the setup so it’s ready to go before your event starts.
Then once it’s done, we come back and pack it all down. No running around, no coordinating, no figuring it out on the day.
It’s just handled, exactly how it should be.

You don’t usually think about this part straight away.
It’s the date, the venue, who’s coming… all of that gets locked in first. This tends to sit in the “we’ll figure it out” category for a bit.
And then at some point you go to book it, and realise the date you want isn’t as open as you thought.
Not because you left it ridiculously late, just because it’s one of those things that fills up quietly while you’re organising everything else.
If your date’s already set, this is one of the next things to lock in. Send it through and we’ll get it locked in early.
It started small, and it’s kind of just grown from there.
Different events, different setups… more things added as people wanted them.
The way it’s done hasn’t really changed though. It still just comes back to making it easy, making it look good, and making sure it’s something people actually go up to, not just walk past.
Some setups stay pretty simple. Others turn into a whole thing. What you end up going with usually depends on what you’re planning.
What kind of event are you putting together?

Not everyone wants (or needs) the full setup.
Sometimes it’s a smaller event, a tighter budget, or you just don’t mind being a bit hands-on. That’s where the DIY option comes in.
You still get the cart, the equipment, everything you need, plus a proper run-through so you’re not standing there trying to figure it out on the day.
Some people go this way and keep it simple. Others decide they’d rather not think about it at all and have everything handled.
Would you run it yourself, or have it handled for you?
Our second sweet boy is so loved already 🍋🤍 we cannot wait to have you earthside
