As part of the same Grønt industriløft project, we also created a series of photo portraits to accompany the written interviews on Verdal Industripark’s new website. Each person featured in the videos also got their own photo series to complete the story.
These images will be used together with the interviews online and in other employer branding material, helping to give Verdal Industripark a consistent and recognizable visual identity. The idea is the same: real people, real workplaces – presented in a way that makes the industripark feel like an attractive place to work.
For the photo sessions we worked on location in each company, combining simple, clean lighting with elements from the actual work environment. We focused on portraits that feel both professional and personal, paying attention to background, depth and small details that say something about their job. In that way, the photos, videos and written interviews all support each other and tell the same story from different angles.

Each video focuses on one person working in Verdal Industripark – across companies like Proneo, Norconsult, Kvernmo, Snekkeriet and Flamro. Together they show the variety of roles, people and opportunities that exist inside the industripark.
The content will be used in the project Grønt industriløft, where the aim is to present Verdal Industripark as an attractive place to work, grow and develop a career.

As part of the project Grønt industriløft, led by Proneo AS, Navnløs Media SB produced a series of five short social media videos – each portraying one person working in one of the companies in Verdal Industripark: Proneo, Norconsult, Kvernmo, Snekkeriet and Flamro.
These videos work as a visual “appetizer” to written interviews that will be published on Verdal Industripark’s new website. The goal was clear: show real people, real jobs – and give an honest glimpse into what it’s like to work in the industripark.
For each portrait we used a two-camera setup and classic three-point lighting – a solid standard for this type of video. In addition, we followed the employees into their everyday work environment and learned more about their roles: what’s important in their job, what their tasks are, and what they enjoy most. While doing that, we filmed supporting footage to visually strengthen what they talk about in the interviews.
