the smallest moments turn out to be the most important and lifechanging ones. It‘s never really about ticking of sights or countries, that are piling up on the bucket list. Seeing the Taj Mahal from the inside was wonderful, but it won‘t stay in my head as long as the vivid memory of a monkey stealing Eva‘s chapati. Or the time we ate papaya and watermelon on the banks of the Ganges at 6 in the morning. Buying popcorn for our 10 hours bus rides. Sunsets, stars, the moon and people laughing. The simple life things.
