Tucked just off Fremont Street, Evel Pie opened in 2016 and is a full-on tribute to Evel Knievel, the legendary daredevil who made (and broke) his name jumping everything from cars to the fountains at Caesars Palace. The space is packed with memorabilia, old footage, and just enough chaos to feel like you’ve stepped into a shrine to risk-taking and bad decisions.
The pizza keeps up. Big New York-style slices, creative names, late-night energy, and a bar that leans more dive than polished. It’s the kind of place that fits Fremont perfectly - a bit loud, a bit rough around the edges, and a lot of fun.
