WinSTEM and Arrow club are hosting a field trip to UC Berkeley’s campus on Sunday April 12th from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Unfortunately we do not have vans but we have some space for carpooling with the club officers, seats are limited. You may also drive yourself there to meet with us or carpool with someone who is also going. Lunch will be provided and the itinerary includes lab tours and a career panel.

WinSTEM is hosting a field trip to Máyyan 'Ooyákma preserve! We are going to walk along their hiking trails and explore the diversity of plants and animals there. It is home to a rare species of butterfly called the Bay Checkerspot Butterfly, as well as many species of birds, mammals, and insects. It is the spring season so there are also many beautiful wildflowers blooming. This field trip will be on March 27th at 12:30PM to 4PM.

Hawk Gaming is officially teaming up with ARROW Club and WinSTEM for an epic joint workshop. Join us for a hands-on Soldering and Leverless Controller Workshop where you’ll learn the introductory skills to build your own custom gaming controllers on a budget.
Absolutely zero experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know from the ground up. Just remember to bring your own box or enclosure for the leverless build!

WinSTEM and Art Club will be hosting a wire craft event next week from 2:30pm to 5:00pm on Wednesday (11/19)! We will be making stuff with wires and pipe cleaners. A document full of tutorials and ideas on what to make will be shared with you all but you are free to create whatever you’d like. We will provide all the supplies so please join us and bring your friends!
WinSTEM & Bio Club will be hosting a field trip to the Natural Bridges State beach to look at tide pools on October 24th! We have changed the sign-up deadline for this event to October 15th. We will leave campus at 8 AM and return ~2pm. Van transportation will be provided, but space is limited.
