PAU-D 15 - Designing with Uncertainty: Learnings from a Solo Designer For the first PAU-D event of 2025, we’re excited to welcome Eva Sánchez Clemente - @evasanchezclemente - an Interactive Designer from Tenerife, currently based in Barcelona and working globally. With a background in graphic design, she is passionate about typography, motion, and web-based animations. She specializes in translating brands into unique and immersive digital user experiences. Eva is also a jury member at Awwwards, a teacher at Domestika, and an associate professor at Elisava. Her work has received various recognitions from Awwwards, FWA, Laus, and ADCE Awards, and she has recently been nominated as Independent of the Year 2024 by Awwwards. Eva has collaborated with talented freelancers, studios, and agencies, including Porto Rocha, Alex Hunting Studio, Replica Studio, and Rebeka Arce, crafting meaningful digital experiences for international brands and clients such as Meta, Google, Feeld.co, Adidas, and Inditex. This year was the second time I participated in the Laus Awards and the most special time for me to receive the prizes. The portfolio I worked on with so much patience and dedication, together with the fucking amazing developer @css_killer , won a Silver Laus 🥈 And, as if that weren’t enough, the Ciclope website, the last project I did with the talented and vibrant @replica.replica.replica team, received a Bronze Laus 🥉 I am one of those designers who moves and needs to believe in people, in what they do, and in the projects. And I know that without these people, I wouldn’t be thanking or celebrating today in this post. Thank you for making work feel less like work 🤍 And of course, thanks to the @adgfad jury for the recognition and a night full of metal(s) 🤘🏻🔥🔥🔥
