Photos 25 years apart 30 & 55! My life has been a roller coaster of up’s and downs , highs and lows, Love and pain! I am a very disciplined person when I am connected with my purpose and my passion. One of the things I love most in life is fitness and I love living healthy ,living well and above all I love to be happy and surrounded by people who lift me up! Happiness is a decision! Life either happens for you or it happens to you. It’s your choice if you adopt a victim vs empowered mindset! Time is our currency and our physical body’s are as temporary as the beautiful impermanence of life itself .We need to spend our time with great intention if we are conscious and learn to respect the value of our precious time! ! As much as I cringe at first glance of this photo where I weigh over 220 pounds (100 kilos) it’s important for me to see how far I have come and the actual progress I can use to inspire others that they can change their lives also!! Today along with a clean mainly plant based healthy diet I practice yoga, meditation, weight training, gratitude and amongst other concepts I apply to my mindset, I practice acknowledging the power in my transformation Andi sing it to inspire others! ! We are humans. We make mistakes. We develop bad habits. We let our bodies or our lives go… today I’m committed to living my life along a path of self development and being the best version of myself ! Be grateful for every day!
