This is my 2025 recap. I don’t usually talk about it too much to a lot of people but 2025 was a massive year for me. I went through great highs and hit some massive lows and I’m still struggling with a lot. But I can’t stress enough how much my loved ones help put a smile on my face and make life worth living. Even if I didn’t say anything about my personal life to you, and I’m talking about everybody who is reading this, you probably helped me out by being yourself, and I’m really fricken thankful you did. I have gone through loss, been apart of a new life, reaffirmed love to those closest to me, and least of all, graduated college. I’m in the scariest part of my life right now and honestly have never been more scared but in my opinion, these photos show that I’m ok and that I will continue to be ok. I love you Tata ❤️
Better late than never for a post that I was in my drafts but I forgot to post, this is Measure for Measure! This is the 6th show I’ve done at LMU and maybe my last one. I wanted to highlight how much fun I had especially with the cast and my character. The ever talented @hercules_at_work and I had one joke with this character named Elbow and I loved getting to play the bit on stage for all to see - to be the happiest guy on stage. I loved working with these amazing people, especially the graduating seniors who I look up to so much and got to work with one last time!
My 5th show at LMU was The Simple Life written by the talented @ipiexoto and directed by me! This was my first official step into directing and I was so immensely lucky to find my wonderful actors @josh_y_jiang@chloejlaursen and @__ethanchens__ . Of course I would not have been able to do anything without the best stage manager ever, @liangxy_eleina . I hope this show provided everyone some funky tunes!
I didn’t expect this semester to be such a roller coaster of lows and some of the highest highs. I also didn’t expect this to be my 2nd to last one. One more
My fourth show I have done at LMU was Fuente Ovejuna written by Lope De Vega. Post is quite overdue but I loved the pictures and was very proud of the work that we did! Directed by the wonderful @melanieclaireq , assistant directed by the joyous @rodrigozoratto and stage managed by the lovely @chrissy_vg , assisted by the ever so hard working @theatrekidkat , @alannahrpowell , and @penelopesaur ! This was a wonderful project and an amazing set of people I got to work with! Shoutout to @zscrima222 for once again being my partner in all of my scenes!
The second show I’ve done at LMU was in New Works 24. The Queen’s Royal Guard, written by @henry_davies001 and directed by @kelseyycasas . Stage managed by @claire.voilla , this was a hilarious play and I loved every second of it . I was joined by my amazing and wonderfully talented costars, @victorkallett , @sharm._ and @brookekilgoree . I wouldn’t have chosen a better cast to work with, and I’ll always remember to do it for love.
My third show from LMU! (New Works 24 photos still not released yet ☹️). Much Ado about Nothing for Shakespeare on the Bluff was so much fun. It felt like a last hurrah for my sophomore year and I loved being apart of it! Male factors beware
To all the people who brighten my day by being themselves, don’t change please, I like you the way you are. Semester 4 is done. Thanks to everyone who make life worth it . From the start of college I knew I that it was one of the best decisions I made, I’m overjoyed I’m still not wrong.
