Some dreams are louder than others. This one still doesn’t feel real.
This year, I pitched bringing all of our intros in-house and got the chance to take a swing. It required real buy-in, real belief. People trusted me before I fully trusted myself.
In sports, rosters change fast, and the videos change with them. This specific intro is already on version 8 since opening night. But I wanted to stop and cement the moment.
I still stand in the tunnel on nights I’m not producing and get goosebumps watching it play to the crowd. I critique my work constantly, but more than anything, I’m grateful. Grateful for a team that jumped in and believed in it. Pacers Game Ops is special, and it took all of us.
Kid who loved Pacers intro videos got to make one.
Insane.
Pacers City Edition Front Ends | Mixtape
Seen in arena for player highlight packs, game notes, etc.
Original plans for City Edition fell through so we bought a bunch of speakers on Facebook marketplace at the last second, found a backdrop in our studio from 20+ years ago and let it rip.
