Eva Smith is a Scottish actor, writer and director. She graduated with an MA in acting from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, having previously completed training at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, BIRD Conservatoire and Italia Conti, where she studied musical theatre.
Eva has worked extensively across film, television and stage throughout the UK and internationally. Her film and TV credits include “Shetland” (ITV), “Falling into Place” (Weydemann Bros. and Compact Pictures), “Short Stuff” (BBC Scotland) and “Evil Lives Here” (Investigation Discovery). Her stage credits include “12 Angry Women” (Off-Off-Broadway) and RCS 2025 productions “Orlando” and “Lear”.
Since graduating Eva has performed in the Scottish Graduate Showcase at Glasgow’s Citizens Theatre and has been working both in front and behind the camera on numerous TV and film projects.
Eva is thrilled to be a part of the wonderful Lady Macbeth Was Never a Girl. She also definitely didn’t write this herself in the third person.
