I recently gave silk fans a better try. For me in comparison to other tools, carry the element of air — light, flowing, and ever-changing.
Each movement with these connect me to the invisible little currents around us, turning wind into form and flow.

Bahia ballena is a great spot to watch whales. Ironically, the place itself looks like a whale fin when tides are low. What a wonderful joke of this universe! 🌌 🐋

And as a reference to the first picture and for people who like poetry, I just had to post this poem by Heinrich Heine "Lorelei". It is about a mermaid-like woman singing to the river Rhine and enchanting fishermen so they drown in the river.
"I do not know the meaning,
Of this relentless sorrow of mine:
A fairy tale of times gone by,
Which lingers in my mind.
The air is brisk and it darkens,
And calmly flows the Rhein;
The peak of the mountain glistens
In the dusk-hued sunshine.

It's been nearly a year from now: Our wonderful trip to Santorini where I celebrated my last birthday with @la_hula_lady@systim0 and @kristina_britt_reed .
Cacao and stretching every morning on the roof, strolls through the villages in the volcano landscape and some pop-up psytrance and hula hoop raves at the stony coast.
I just went through these wonderful memories in white and blue and noticed I haven't shared these pictures yet that I took with wonderful @la_hula_lady so I wanted to commemorate this 🌊🇬🇷.

Tonight (30.04) we dance with the flames. As the wheel of the year turns to Beltane (and we celebrate Walpurgisnacht), we honor a tradition that stretches back centuries.
Historically, this was the threshold between the "dark" and "light" halves of the year. In ancient Celtic culture, great bonfires were lit to protect communities and celebrate the peak of fertility and life.
Walpurgisnacht has long been associated with the gathering of powerful women. While history once tried to cast these "witches" in a dark light, today we reclaim that fire. It’s a night for the wild feminine—for those who aren’t afraid to dance, to lead, and to burn bright against the shadows.
Let the smoke clear what no longer serves you, and let the flames spark what’s ready to bloom. 🌿🔥

Desde afuera solo parecen posturas acrobàticas, pero lo que hay detràs es presencia , confianza, comunicaciòn, paciencia y muchas màs cualidades que aprendemos a tratar cuando hacemos Acroyoga. La fuerza y la flexibilidad aparecen a travès de la pràctica constante sostenida en el tiempo. Es bonito de ver, sì, pero màs bonito es lanzarte a vivir estos procesos con otras personas que te van a mostrar que el mundo no es eso que te contaron, siempre hay mucho màs. Talvez encuentres personas en este mundo que te van a mostrar realidades que no te van a gustar pero te aseguro que tambièn puedes encontrar personas con una perspectiva y estilo de vida diferente, dispuestas a compartir el regalo de mirarnos a los ojos, olvidar nuestras diferencias y conectarnos a travès de la creaciòn. Estamos por todo el mundo, sòlo necesitas saltar a esa realidad llena de regalos como juego, risas, diversiòn, transformaciòn, apertura, expansiòn. Si te animàs a saltar, aquì te esperamos.
From the outside, they just look like acrobatic poses, but what’s behind them is presence, confidence, communication, patience, and many other qualities that we learn to develop when practicing Acroyoga. Strength and flexibility come through consistent practice over time. It’s beautiful to see, yes, but even more beautiful is to dive into these processes with other people who will show you that the world isn’t just what they told you; there is always so much more. Maybe you’ll find people in this world who will show you realities you won’t like, but I assure you that you can also find the ones with a different perspective and lifestyle, willing to share the gift of looking into each other’s eyes, forgetting our differences, and connecting through creation. We are all over the world; you just need to jump into that world full of gifts—play, laughter, fun, transformation, openness, expansion. If you dare to take the leap, we’ll be waiting for you here.

As I realized I have no complete Ropedart number uploaded here, I took out this part of our show.
I've been seriously sick the days before and still weak at the wedding. But postponing was not a real alternative. The Ropedart number was probably the most physically and mentally demanding part of the day. So it's somehow nice to have that captured and see what the body is capable of if there is a lot of willpower (given the unique day).
I took a lot of rest afterwards though 🙈

As there was so much interest in getting to know this tool and it's definately a niche, it feels great to know that there are 18 more ropedarts in town now ;)
