I’m celebrating my 40th birthday today. It feels very strange. I remembered the biblical comparison of how Moses led people through the desert for 40 years. According to biblical tradition, this period was necessary for a generation to change. Forty years became a symbol of spiritual cleansing and preparation for a new life.
And I feel the same — as if there is a change of an inner generation within my personality, a cleansing and preparation for a new life.
Сьогодні я відзначаю свої 40 років. Відчуття дуже дивне. Згадалося біблійне порівняння, як Мойсей водив людей пустелею 40 років. Згідно з біблійною традицією, цей термін був необхідний, щоб змінилося покоління. 40 років стали символом духовного очищення та підготовки до нового життя.
І в мене зараз відчуття зміни внутрішнього покоління своєї особистості, очищення та підготовки до нового життя.
