First pic I was 276 pounds about 2 years ago very depressed , mental health was horrible and all I did was drink my problems away. Then I got into therapy learned more about myself and then I chipped away at my body 🧱 by 🧱. I meant what I said when I told myself I’ll be the best version of myself ( mentally , emotionally , physically) and this is just 2 years of progression.🤝🏾
