Making this💃🏾dress💃🏾 for @laurengolangco was such a joy and the girls at the studio are still talking about it, so here are a few casual moments from our fittings in the studio ✨
I think my first clients were my Barbies.
My earliest fashion memory was dressing them up — which somehow evolved into dressing my friends. I still have friends who kept sketches I made when we were 16, and some even trusted me enough to design their prom dresses.
I think that’s why I love what I do so much. There’s something about dressing the people you love! Especially someone like Lauren @laurengolangco , whose personality brings everything she wears to life.
Maybe in a way, my Barbies just grew up into real-life dolls. ✨
Heat Index is one of those moments where ec and Eustacia were designed side by side - pieces made to exist together, mix freely, and feel right in the same heat.
Whether it's in the lightness of the fabric or the way colors and combinations come alive under the sun, each piece carries the season with it.
We tried on the pieces and shot them with Mac Villaluna @vietnameat - it’s always fun styling ourselves so we figured to document it through his lens because we are fans of how he captures moments!
A small selection will be on the racks at tomorrow's pop-up - come through early for first dibs.
We'll be there from 3-9PM, with music all day, and From Management serving up a great food and bevvy menu.
