This review perfectly matches what I had in mind when I wrote Why Does My Spouse Do That? - a shift from blaming your spouse as the problem to working together as a team to address your marital challenges. It's available on Amazon and on my website . #marriage #marriagetoday

Prioritize Your Mental Health! You sit in silence, the weight of anger pressing down on your chest like a heavy stone. You’ve prayed, fasted, and searched for clarity, yet the familiar feelings of despair creep in uninvited. Each day feels like a battle, as memories of the past swirl in your mind, triggering that familiar sense of flight or freeze. It's as if your brain is stuck in a cycle, responding to shadows of hurt that refuse to fade. At work and at home, the tension builds. You catch yourself snapping at loved ones, the frustration boiling over before you even realize it’s happening. Moments of joy are shadowed by an undercurrent of sadness that lingers, refusing to be ignored. You wear a brave face, convincing others—and perhaps yourself—that everything is fine, but in your heart, the fight feels relentless. You glance at the phone, the thought of reaching out to a counsellor lingering like a whisper in the back of your mind. Jesus’s words echo within you: "Those who are sick need a doctor" (Luke 5:31). You know this isn’t merely a spiritual battle; it’s something else.  Let this post ignite a flicker of hope within you. Maybe it’s time to seek the help you deserve, a chance to untangle the feelings that have held you captive for far too long. It's not the work of the devil; it’s a call to heal, a chance to reclaim your life. May is Mental Health Awareness month. Tend to your mental health!!

The strength of the believer is not found in pretending to have it all together but in knowing where true strength comes from. #euniceoderinde #euniceoderindeblog #philippians413 #throughchrist #faithreflections #christianmeditation #graceforsurvival #strengthinchrist #walkwithgod #christianencouragement #spiritualgrowth #faithjourney #godisstrength

"Trust in the lord with all your heart” sounds beautiful until life becomes uncertain and understanding begins to fail you. Yet some of the deepest experiences of faith happen when God teaches you to keep walking without needing every answer first. because peace is not found in controlling the road ahead but in trusting the One who already sees where it leads. #euniceoderindeblog #proverbs35 #trustinthelord #faithjourney #christianreflection #walkingwithgod #spiritualgrowth #faithoverfear #christianmeditation #scripturereflection #godsguidance #heartposture #trustgod

Be still, and know that I am God was never a call to passive living but an invitation to release the exhausting need to control everything. Because sometimes the soul finds rest not when situations suddenly change, but when it remembers who God has always been. #euniceoderindeblog #psalm4610 #bestillandknow #faithreflections #christianmeditation #restingingod #trustinggod #spiritualgrowth #quietconfidence #godissovereign #christianencouragement #heartposture

Some of us keep looking for dramatic miracles while overlooking the quiet mercy that has carried us for years. The fact that you are still standing, still hoping, still breathing, still reaching for God after everything life has thrown at you is not a small thing. Mercy has been nearer than you realized. #euniceoderindeblog #lamentations322 #morningmercies #godsmercy #faithreflections #christianmeditation #quietfaithfulness #graceandmercy #spiritualgrowth #heldbygrace #godisfaithful
