I’ll never forget being moved to tears when Paul did his soundcheck. One of the most beautiful voices of all time, and I had loved him since since early MTV. Too much good stuff!
Finally settling back into NYC life after an inspiring short bunch of gigs in The Netherlands and Belgium. I was truly heartened by a message I heard several times throughout: that the therapeutic power of music is needed now more than ever – in these crazy and turbulent times. That’s music to MY ears. I played several intimate shows to lovely and super attentive audiences. Many familiar faces and some wonderful new ones. Huge thanks to @saskiavdheykant saskiavandenheykant for organizing the shows- and to all of the presenters who invited me to their stages, including Ronnie van Driessche, Theo Peters , Jo’s van den Boom and Arnold and Marieke. And of course my heart felt thanks to everyone who came out to listen. It was a joy to play for you.
