Here is a summary of an epidemic that plagues law enforcement. No personal accountability, no instructor TRAINING or accountability and NO BUY IN FROM ADMIN. Shame on you all. I can only help in one area. INSTRUCTORS. I’m offering an LE specific firearms instructor workshop (link in bio) that will expose most LE instructors to some uncomfortable facts. Do YOU want to improve yourself AND be better equipped to TRAIN those who look to you for ways to improve their skills? Let’s find out. #traintosurvive @ettsgunrange
