I went into this with 7 days of training, fully aware this was slightly insane… but when @smarrttz made the call, I couldn’t say no 😮💨

This was the hardest thing I’ve ever willingly put my body through.
Injured knee? Yes
Still gave everything? Yes
Hadn’t run more than 5km in years.
According to my Apple Watch… I ran 11.2km.
Took extra laps by accident 😭
I can’t remember the last time I cried like that, but I hit points in that race where I genuinely didn’t know how I got there.
Something just kept pushing me forward.
HYROX will take everything you have… and somehow give you all that you need.
It’s a euphoric exchange.
