Ruarai AA Washed đ°đŞ
Our first new season Kenyan release comes from Nyeri, on the western slopes of Mount Kenya. This is a region known for producing some of the worldâs most expressive coffees.
This lot brings together everything we love about washed Kenyan profiles: vibrant acidity, layered sweetness, and clarity in the cup. Expect notes of plum, red currant, and delicate florals with a juicy, structured finish.
Produced by around 600 smallholder farmers near the rocky Ruarai River, this coffee reflects both the regionâs volcanic terroir and the meticulous processing Kenya is known for.

Fittingly, the coffee featured here is Burundi Bavyeyi. âBavyeyiâ meaning âparentsâ in Kirundi, named in honour of family and the generations behind every cup.
