We’re excited to share a short portrait-style film featuring Grace Dam, a Toronto-based Canadian artist whose work ranges from figurative to abstract.
Through this intimate film, we explore her creative process, artistic practice, and the unique lens through which she views the world.
Art holds its power in its ability to reveal how we see, interpret, and experience life. This documentary is an exploration of that very idea. What made this project especially meaningful to me was how, in creating this portrait of Grace and learning about her artistic journey, I found myself reflecting on my own process as a filmmaker. It reminded me what a privilege it is to share, interpret, and tell stories through our individual perspectives.
I hope this film encourages you to reflect on why art matters—and the beauty of seeing the world through someone else’s eyes. 💌
