Today marks my one month as an attorney at the Richard Harris Law Firm! Super grateful for my year as a judicial law clerk at the Eighth Judicial District Court and loving the opportunity here at RHLF to help people here in Nevada.

Man oh man, what a year! 2018 was hands down one of the most productive and rewarding of my life, and there's so much to be thankful for, which I'm going to try to convey. Academically, not only am I gearing up to get my bachelors degree from UT, with the Spring being my last semester in Austin, but I also managed to apply for and get into several law schools! (Baylor, Mizzou, Idaho, and UNLV). After 4 years of going to school out of state, I'll be coming home and going to UNLV starting in the Fall! As a journalist, my writing has taken off tremendously, with the content on both my personal blog and on The College Fix going crazy viral. In just a few months, I've been linked on sites like Breitbart, The Daily Wire, and Instapundit, and I've been quoted on sites like theBlaze and Reason and broken stories that Fox News later covered. Many thanks to the lovely Emily Shrode for putting up with my constant late night writing, and to @jen_nayb for being my unofficial editor! Artistically, I've made some of the best content of my life with my buds @frycarl @mcschmidtty @e_shrode @mrdeliveryman in live action with Campus Heroes, animation with Bard's Quest, and in VR with BIOS. I'm super excited for these projects to continue to come to fruition, and it's crazy to think how much I've learned in film and games these past 4 years. Overall, I feel like I've learned and done so much this past year, and I couldn't have done it (or at least it wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable) without my wonderful family, friends and girlfriend. Thanks so much to everyone who has been a part of my 2018, and I'm praying that we all have an even better 2019 and beyond!

Realizing that there's so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving! 2018 has been a blessed and stellar year, and I'd be a bad son/friend/boyfriend if I didn't give thanks to everyone. Thankful for my wonderful and supportive family who have helped rejuvinate me from Texas' wild weather and helped reset from being in Austin. @jen_nayb Thankful for all the creative projects that I've been able to do this year, including: A paid Virtual Reality Experience that I made with the uber talented @mcschmidtty that premiered at a Las Vegas convention. Our crazy ambitious series Campus Heroes that I made with @mrdeliveryman , @e_shrode and @frycarl that's ever closer to be premiered, and will surely blow everyone's socks off. Thankful for the fact that I've made huge progress in being a journalist, from the success my personal blog has seen to the paid pieces I write for The College Fix. Thankful to reconnect with my best bud @supsuprob by watching my Longhorns (barely) beat his Bears. And most definitely thankful for the wonderful @e_shrode for being the most awesome/creative/wonderful girlfriend in the world. Couldn't multitask the 100 projects a week that I do without her support. 2018 has been a great year, and there's still a lot more to come! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
