Wymondley School 🤍
We had the privilege of sharing Ete Fixes the Glitch with our tamariki — creating space for them to see themselves in stories, in tech, and in the future they’re stepping into.
Fa’afetai tele lava to Wymondley School for opening your doors, and to The Cause Collective NZ for backing this kaupapa and helping us get these books into the hands of our young people.

A reminder they don’t just use tech they can build it too.
We are not waiting for the future. We are already building it.
Today we visited four schools in Cannons Creek and gifted copies of Ete Fixes The Glitch 📚💜
Ete read the story, shared her journey in tech, and reminded our tamariki that they can fix any glitch they face and that they belong in the future of technology.
This round was fully funded by Fibre Fale.
The next gift run will be powered by our community 🤝
If you would like to help us get this book into more schools around the motu, you can donate at fibrefale.com.

Saturday’s AI Workshop in partnership with Pacific Business Trust was filled with sharp questions, honest discussion, and practical thinking.
The depth of engagement in the room reinforced something important: Pacific businesses and community aren’t afraid of AI, they want clarity, capability, context and infused in culture.
Thank you to everyone who showed up and contributed so thoughtfully.

Back-to-school season is a powerful reminder that futures are shaped early.
At Fibre Fale, we’re deeply focused on access, representation and making sure Pacific children can see themselves as creators and problem-solvers in technology.
This term, we’re quietly launching something close to our hearts:
Ete Fixes The Glitch.
It’s a children’s book featuring Namulau’ulu Nu’uali’i Eteroa Lafaele — a young Pacific role model who uses curiosity, creativity and technology to solve problems — helping tamaiti see that tech, innovation and imagination are spaces where they belong.
Our goal is simple:
📚 20,000 books for children across Aotearoa
💖 $25 funds one book
This is an impact-driven initiative grounded in one belief: representation early can change trajectories later.
If you’re an organisation, donor or partner who cares about education, equity and the future of tech in Aotearoa, join our mission at the link in bio.
