The creative process behind MO.DU.LO Collection begins with matter itself.
Dense, structural, luminous: solid fused glass becomes the generating element of the collection, defining proportion, and spatial rhythm.
Through this conversation, @mirkosalatenna shares the creative process and material research behind the project.

For the IMAGO Collection, the intention was to give each piece a strong sculptural identity.
This vision led to the collaboration with Venetian artist Pol Polloniato, whose extraordinary artisanal practice gave shape to the monumental ceramic spine, conceived as a dual-sided sculptural surface.
Through a layered process of composition and assembly, mythological figures, celestial symbols, and vegetal forms gradually emerge from the material, revealing a tactile narrative defined by gesture, texture, and light.

Etereo: MO.DU.LO collection
ETEREO unveils MO.DU.LO, a collectible design collection created for the U.S. gallery STUDIOTWENTYSEVEN, presented during Milan Design Week 2026.
Inspired by the aesthetic of 1970s architectural glass, the series reinterprets modularity through fused glass blocks, where material, light, and geometry converge into a dynamic spatial language. Each piece is conceived as a customizable element—defined by variations in color, finish, and scale—reflecting a bespoke approach to contemporary living.
The collection unfolds as an immersive installation where reflections, transparency, and structure generate an ever-changing perceptual field. Objects become active presences, shaping space through interaction with light and movement.

ETEREO and Alimonti Milano reimagine natural stone as a fluid language: at once dense and luminous, still yet in motion.
Onyx surfaces flow through controlled folds and torsions, while bronzed aluminum introduces a precise structural counterpoint.
Material becomes gesture. Structure becomes expression.

Solid glass becomes structural.
Fused into modular cubes, handcrafted in Italy, each element defines proportion, rhythm, and variation.
Light enters through matter: refracted, multiplied, transformed.
Encased within a sleek, mirror-finish steel frame that blends into its surroundings, the composition appears suspended and adheres to absolute geometric precision.
A limited edition collectible design collection.
More than just furniture, each piece stands out as a sculptural presence.
