This weekend!! It's the premiere of The Zig Zags, Echo's youth performance company, show "Lost in a Dream". Through aerial and circus, The Zig Zags tell the story of two teens having episodic dreams of the same labyrinth.
This is an original show written and choreographed by our youth performance company. Show dates are Saturday May 16th at 7:30p and Sunday May 17th at 2pm & 5:30pm. Link in bio for tickets!

It's like open mic night for circus! Applications for May 9th Schrodinger's Circus are due April 30th. Bring your work in progress, finished act, or anything you want to show off!! Audiences can give feedback for your performance.

My Friday Mixed Aerial students have been wanting more sling so I've been playing with this fun sequence. Also working on adapting it to cloud swing! I love seeing how sequences transfer from one apparatus to another.

Eyes Across the Universe: The story of the mysterious ButtEyes is coming to Echo Theater this weekend. This is an original show by the Tik Toks, Echo's youth performance company! Join us as we celebrate the journey of Echo's mascot from across the stars and the unknown universe.
Flexibility is the foundation for strength, control and movement in your ground and aerial skills. Adding flexibility into your weekly training helps prevent injuries and helps push you towards your "reach" goals and tricks.
Instructor @rhenmiles began taking classes as an adult in 2013 and brings years of training, coaching, performing and production at ETC. She brings strong mix of movement experience and teaching energy to the studio, helping build a creative and supportive environment for students to grow.
Momentum Workshops is an annual dance, fitness, and movement series highlighting phenomenal instructors of marginalized genders in the Portland Metro area. ETC is partnering with Momentum to bring you a Cloud Swing workshop taught by Rhen!
All workshop proceeds go to Rose Haven, an extraordinary day shelter providing a safe space and resources for women, children, and gender-diverse people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Portland.
