This Andungsari-Sigararutang lot from Bengkolan Dua, Kerinci (1400-1700 MASL) is shaped through a 24-hour anaerobic fermentation, where sealed cherries develop layered fruit character before undergoin slow sun-drying for a clean, steady finish. The cup reveals red grape notes and soft mangosteen sweetness.
Served in our roastery as a turbo shot, Magic or Flat White and available for home brewing in our corner shop.
It’s been a treat sharing this unique natural Pacamara filter coffee from Guatemala. If you haven’t tried it yet, now’s the time to get your hands on it. Available at the bar or grab a bag from the corner shop.

Introducing our Christmas Edition coffee, sourced from Dausa Village, Kintamani, Bali. This sweet natural-processed lot reflects the region’s unique character, with notes of citrus, papaya, yogurt and a silky body.
Grown by 31 dedicated farmers of the Subak Padang Payung Cooperative across 35 hectares at approximately 2,000 trees per hectare, cultivation follows the Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, nurturing harmony between people, nature, and spirit.
Available in our Etappe jar and in special 150 g bags.
We’re down to the final batches of this season’s Kenyan filter roast. A crowd favorite since spring.
Think: a clean, crisp cup with that signature washed clarity, tea-like body and bright red berries.
