Here's a peek at my dream backyard inspired by all my favorite places to skate. 5ft bowled mini ramp with an 8ft gap transfer into a 10.5 ft vert ramp which makes for theeee perfect self-propelling roller coaster!

Our pump track is nestled on a hilltop with vast, majestic views, perfect for sunrise and sunset. It's about 50 steps from one of our yurts. It's the perfect private skate spot but don't her light fool you, she's a beast that requires some patience and breaking in before you're whipping around faster than you want to ... 🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️

For Rhythm + Repetition -
Rolling strides, carving, transitions… the repetitive flow quiets mental chatter the same way a mantra does
For Full-body awareness-
Balance forces us into the present. The brain tracks edges, weight shifts with momentum & there’s no room for overthinking
Breath syncs with movement-
Long glides and deep bends naturally regulate breathing, which calms the nervous system
Entering a FLOW state-
That “I disappear into the ride” feeling is neurologically similar to deep meditation = less self-criticism & more embodied awareness.

Our day at @estrodenranch ranch was full of bless!!! After giving the lamb her first bath, I delivered a baby goat!!! Then skated with the 🐐🐐 @lannathornhill & @miguelcamina !!! We named the Luna’s (the mama) new baby Lanna!!!
Welcome baby Lanna!!!! THE GOAT!! Luna gave birth at 9:00 am on the morning of the Full Moon February 1st to baby Lanna, named after the G.O.A.T @lannathornhill who was there with all the family for the birth while Estro delivered our first baby goat. What a beautiful trip it was!!! 🤷🏻♀️🛼😂💕🌕 thank you @2sk8mfg Richard for all your support !!!
Busy bees @estrodenranch 🐝
This honeycomb is from a salvaged hive we rescued and after La La @mauihomesteadstudy opened it up, there were two combs on one, so she cut it off the brood and harvested just the honey. This is super special honey because it's the honey bread which is true bee pollen! When you get pollen in the store, it’s not fermented bee pollen, and the bees enzymes haven't processed it.. It has to go through the hive into their mouth with enzymes from their saliva and put into the honeycomb, making it the purest form of honey.
We now have two hives and @kevin.bertolero to thank for all of his educating and help in getting them secured and happily thriving at the ranch.
