I had a virtual speaking engagement and one of my highlights was when I said:
The higher you go, the more visible, responsible and accountable you become. Even if God has called you, character will expose you.
The moment you are up there, you become the target.
You are not permitted to default...if you do, fingers are waiting to be pointed. They would say "are you not a popular online"?
People will not extend grace to you, they don't care whether you are first a human before visibility came.
But do you know the beautiful thing, It is better to make mistakes when the world hasn't met you.

I have been noticing things around me lately...
The way we grew up really shaped a lot of what we now call “normal.”
Things we just accepted because that was life.
But now as adults, I am starting to see how some of those things quietly show up again…in our relationships, behaviours, communications, even in how we handle family situations.
And I don’t think we talk about it enough.
Not to blame anyone but to understand ourselves better.
I won’t pretend I have all the answers. I don’t. But I do think these are conversations worth having gently and without judgment.
So this space is simply that for me. A place for thoughts, conversations that make us pause and reflect.
Not to tell anyone how to live but to think together about how we can become better people, better partners, better creatives
And the beautiful thing is, you can always share your thoughts too.
