It is not your typical mobility class. It is how mobility should be. We take the same principles of strength training and apply them to improving the quality and control of your joints and your movement.

This is not a class only for people that want to be really flexible. This is a class that really emphasizes on improving the movement quality, and the resilience that your body has so that it can take on any activity that you love and that you want to try.
We do this by focusing on improving range of motion, as well as strengthening the tissues that are vulnerable in vulnerable positions. We do this by systematically progressing you through movements that are going to expand our movement bubble, as well as slowly turning it from a bubble into a indestructible yet flexible sphere.. 😂
And the most important part to consider is that when your mobility improves, and when you joints are resilient the amount of results and progress that you will reap in your other types of training is exponentially multiplied!!
Every single person, no matter how advanced or how inexperienced they are would benefit from this type of training, so I encourage you to come by and join us in the next one!!

Listen, things happen. As @the_tissueguy reminds us, we make mistakes but it’s opportunity to be better than yesterday. We’re winding down our first season of coach on the couch this week so we hope you enjoy.
