Less than a year in, CAKE is already driving higher order values for partner brands and plans to grow beyond fashion and beauty into new categories, with backing from investors like Boston Seed Capital, Launchpad Ventures, and Impellent Ventures.

Our Gran (who at some point had us rename her “Granna” instead of “Granny” because she thought it sounded younger) was the most stylist interesting person in the room always. When we were little, she had at least 5 grandkids in her arms at a time. Always singing to us. Or feeding us. Or telling us stories. When we got older, she acquired a Golden Doodle named Stan who has dined *inside* of most Palm Beach restaurants.
She was a world class cook. She was loving. She was beautiful (like really beautiful). And we’re going to miss her a lot. But BOY do we have memories.
