Our Essendon Villa transformation project is now coming to an end. This consisted of adding a 120 m² garage/ studio and a rustic style landscaping theme. Building on three boundaries dealing with every permit and service authority under the sun. Job went very smoothly over six months thanks to great relationships with all of the neighbours.
These are some photos of some small jobs on our projects that we have got out of the way before 2026 gets into gear.
The fence is a fully welded frame with extra thick timber palings to help reduce the noise of the laneway and a cement sheet duralattice.
The staircase is built with LVL cut stringers and three change of direction winder steps at the top built by Essendon Builders themselves.
The bathroom was a complete bathroom renovations built to the owners specifications
