Esri takes a geographic approach to problem-solving, brought to life by GIS technology 💻 . We are committed to using science and technology to build a sustainable world 🌎.
Nestled in a quaint and charming town in Southern California, Esri headquarters has maintained its roots in Redlands, CA for more than 50 years. Although the company has significantly expanded its regional offices, R&D centers, and distributors globally, we remain proud of our hometown roots and beautifully lush and welcoming campus. 🌎 🗺️

Movin' on up (quite literally!)
Our Chicago office relocated 7 floors ⬆️ The new space is larger, more modern, and has views for days🏙️! This office is home to 15 colleagues across business development, professional services, and support, all helping customers make an impact every day with GIS. A strategic relocation—spatially speaking.
Esri is committed to supporting veterans beyond their service.
Last week, our colleagues attended the Service Academy Career Conference in Washington, DC and connected with active military members and veterans about careers applying location intelligence to meaningful, real‑world challenges.

Squeezing in some good for the community🍊
Orange groves have helped to shape Redlands’ history and identity🌳 Today, that legacy continues through action as Esri employees volunteer with Pick4Good, a local group harvesting citrus around Redlands and donating that fresh fruit to those in need👏
Jeannie may have wiggled her 👃 to grant wishes.
Mary may have 🫰 her fingers to clean a room.
But Esri recruiter Kennedy? She 👏 her hands and Mappy Hour appears!
Through mindful habits and sustainable choices, here are a few ways our employees recognize Earth Day, every day:
🌍The Geocoding team bikes, walks, and rolls to work, turning an everyday commute into an everyday impact.
🪨Inspired by ancient rock cairns, this sculpture uses low‑carbon concrete to be part of the climate solution.
🚲Riding bikes around town with family (and the dogs). No car needed!
⛰️Fourth year volunteering with Spring-Cleaning at Mt. Charleston. Last year they helped remove 1,000+ pounds of trash.
🪴Transforming everyday items into planters is a simple way to reduce waste and keep the workspace inspired by nature.
Happy Earth Day!
