But my personal wardrobe is filled with all of the comfy, cozy, cold-weather staples that I only get to wear 3 months out of the year. I'll take it! And with my WFH schedule, you best believe I'm wearing my trench, rain, and fur coats to all of my virtual meetings.
The best part of any project I work on, is the moment after we kick off. It’s always a thrill to brainstorm, collaborate, and dive into research. I work with talented individuals and it's electrifying when we get together! My role is to keep the energy focused, ensure everyone's ideas are heard, and then formulate a plan.
For San Diego Hat, this first step sets the foundation for the entire season. My goal? To find fresh ways to communicate the new trends while staying within budget. It’s all about balancing what they aspire to be with what they can achieve.

I’m thrilled to announce my temporary return to San Diego Hat Company, bringing fresh perspective and new insights to a familiar role. I’m especially excited to be directing the FW25 launch, including the lifestyle shoot and catalog production (huge thanks to Danielle for trusting me with this while she spends time with her growing family).

Hi, hello, and how do you do?
It’s been a while since I’ve posted, and I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share where I’m at with Esprit.
This past year has been a whirlwind—personally and professionally. At one point, I was ready to close the doors on Esprit for good. I thought I was done! I explored new things, met incredible people, and seriously considered if this chapter of my life was over.
But as I moved through those struggles, something unexpected happened—it became clear that the challenges were part of my process of leveling up. They pushed me toward a deeper knowledge: that I am enough, I am needed, and I am valued. Not just for the services I provide, but for how I do them, how I communicate, and the way I make people feel.
There’s a need for exactly what I bring to the table, and that realization is everything. I may not know exactly what the future holds for Esprit, but I’m excited to figure it out, step by step, trusting that I’m exactly where I need to be.
