Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name is Tara. Born and raised in Miami, and have only lived here. Luckily, I travel often and so i have a taste of other parts of the world. I’m a mama, wife, artist, and ceremonialist. I hold sacred space through tea ceremony, ritual, and creativity. I love clean beauty and mindful living. I eat mostly plant-based, organic, gluten and dairy-free, with some fish sprinkled in ✨🍣 though I’ve recently welcomed the occasional bread and butter (a big shift for me). I love discovering new restaurants. I used to work in fashion. These days, I prefer working with energy My love for textiles and high style will always be part of me. I use it to inform my space holding style. I believe in the power of presence and the magic of slowing down. I love connecting with friends through yoga and ceremony AND also love a great party with lots of dancing. Thanks for being here. This space is a reflection of the many facets of my life. Let’s grow together #Espiritutara #miami #miamigirl #mama #tea #teaceremony

And just like that first Max served me tea this morning… and then Bodhi served me tea. Proof that what you water waters you back eventually. Thank you universe for making me a mama. Forever blessed and grateful. Last night this song came on and Bodhi told me it sounds like how I talk to him nice. My heart exploded and of course I cried. I will love you boys forever and ever and ever. #mothersday #mama #espiritutara
