ESPACIO TEMPORAL INTERVIEW CLIP Sofía Lanusse and Iván Argote are the founders of Espacio Temporal, an independent non profit exhibition space in France. ALFREDO JAAR: CHIAROSCURO, 2024 Salta art is proud to present a public intervention by renowned Chilean artist Alfredo Jaar, curated by Espacio Temporal, as part of Various Others in Munich. Acclaimed for his thought-provoking works that address social, political, and humanitarian issues, Jaar’s latest installation, Chiaroscuro, 2024, has transformed Sorry Square into a dynamic space for discussion. We were delighted to welcome Alfredo, Sofia and Ivan from Espacio Temporal last weekend for the opening. The installation will be on display until September 22nd. EXHIBITION CHIAROSCURO, 2024 – ALFREDO JAAR Alfredo Jaar (Santiago, Chile, 1956) is an artist, architect, and filmmaker who lives and works in New York. His work has been shown extensively around the world. He has participated in the Venice Biennial (1986, 2007, 2009, 2013), São Paulo Biennial (1987, 1989, 2010, 2021) as well as Documenta in Kassel (1987, 2002). Jaar will be presenting "Chiaroscuro, 2024", which is a site-specific installation curated by Espacio Temporal at Sorry Square, Wiener Platz. We look forward to welcoming Alfredo, along with Ivan and Sofia from Espacio Temporal, to Munich! ALLUMER, a solo exhibition by Feel Good cooperative @feel.good.cooperative , a project founded in Rome in 2020 by artist Pauline Curnier Jardin @pauline_curnier_jardin , architect Serena Olcuire @serenissim.a and Alexandra López. It’s formation varies according to the projects but now its core consists of Alexandra López, Gilda Star and Guiliana Mira, a Colombian/Roman group of transgender sex workers and their allies. Feel Good is above all a celebration based on camaraderie, affection and sharing. With humor, playfulness and critcism, they tells stories that explore the deconstruction or destruction of sexual mandates and gender stereotypes, migrant life and colonial legacy, of pleasure and pain.
