In a drag environment where many competitions are unpaid, a hostile environment exists for working class artists who want to do drag, but can’t find a way for it to be financially feasible. Through our collective wisdom, we decided DRAGAGEDDON was the answer! This is an artist collective which pay’s all of its performers, meaning that they can afford to do the drag we hold so dear. Since we’ve begun dragageddon, so many artists have come out of the woodwork that many never saw before, and have created boundless opportunites for themselves, and their fellow communities.
