We released Drvg Cvltvre's Warmongers some time ago, but there was so much I wanted to say and convey with the track that it went in 6 different directions at the same time. So I asked 5 friends of the label to remix the cut and see what they could make of the parts of the original. Nachtwald delivers a cold, bleak electro remix that ticks all the boxes of a dance floor killer, but to be honest, that really goes for all 5 of these! Joey FDH slows the tempo down a bit and adds deep hypnotic hazy synths that give the track a really new and cool feel. Long time collaborator dyLAB takes the cut into a new realm with breakbeats and a focus on the acid bassline. Oneiromancer adds layers of bass and a steady kick to drive the cut to new heights and SAD PROM adds the distorted drum sounds of his killer setup, chooses a different part of the vocal to emphasize and goes all out hard with it. 5 Superb remixes from 5 superb NYH artists, all making the original better than it was.
