One very important question not so very asked enough, even by actors.
What are those qualities that makes an Actor.
Personally, I usually say, I don't look or need actors. I look out for those who can LIVE the ROLE.
Those who can transcend their SELF into their PSYCHOPHYSICAL and become ONE with the Character they are playing.
That's who an Actor is to me.
The other question will be_How do you get to that Level ?

@actors beware of the 'banana peel' of auditions. Don't do too much to impress the judges but impress yourself first with your ACT and CRAFT. Stop the shenanigans of putting aesthetics into your Monologue, because it doesn't matter to the Judges. What matters most is your ABILITY to LIVE the Role you are portraying and let's see you 'peel' the layers off that character like the Onion bulb _one layer after the other.
Some stories are never complete without its Lead characters. That's what you are to so many people's story.
You have raised men and women...
Made dreams come true and still remain as humble as you have always been...
Some day, that story will be written for all to know how great you are...
